A loud stereo in one of the apartment units at the corner of Salisbury Avenue and Reynolds Drive resulted in a 21 year old Brockville male being arrested and charged for failing to comply with his bail conditions.
Brockville Police received a call shortly after 7p. m. Tuesday evening from neighbours in the apartment complex who indicated their neighbours would not turn down their music. When officers arrived and spoke with the residents who eventually agreed to turn off the music. However, when checking they also learned the 21 year old male resident had not notified the police of his new address as per the conditions of his release from custody on a previous charge.
As a result, he is now facing an additional charge of Breaching his Undertaking and was released from custody with a future court date.
